2. Services

Hello Homeopathy provides professional homeopathic consultations. Homeopathy is a complementary therapy that works alongside conventional medicine. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified medical practitioner.

3. Professional Standards

Kieran McDonnell is a registered member of the Society of Homeopaths (RSHom) and adheres to their Code of Ethics and Practice. This includes maintaining appropriate professional boundaries, confidentiality, and continuing professional development.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Homeopathic treatment does not replace conventional medical care. You should:

• Continue to consult your GP or specialist for any medical conditions
• Never stop taking prescribed medication without consulting your doctor
• Seek immediate medical attention for any serious or emergency health concerns
• Inform us of any medications you are taking and any changes to your health

5. Bookings and Appointments

Appointments can be booked by phone, email, or through our website. We will confirm your appointment in writing. Please ensure you provide accurate contact information.

6. Fees and Payment

• Current fees are displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time
• Payment is due 48 hours before your consultation
• If payment is not received in advance, full fees will apply
• Payment can be made by bank transfer or other methods as agreed
• Receipts for health insurance claims can be provided upon request

7. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will be charged in full
• If you fail to attend without notice, the full fee will be charged
• We reserve the right to cancel appointments with reasonable notice and will offer a full refund or alternative date

8. Consultations

Consultations may take place in person at our Bedfordshire location or via video call (WhatsApp, Zoom, Teams, or similar). For video consultations, you are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and a private, quiet space.

9. Remedies

Homeopathic remedies are not included in the consultation fee unless otherwise stated. We recommend obtaining remedies from reputable homeopathic pharmacies such as Helios or Ainsworth's. We will provide guidance on obtaining prescribed remedies.

10. Confidentiality

All information shared during consultations is treated as strictly confidential and will only be disclosed with your consent, except where required by law or where there is a risk of serious harm. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details of how we handle your data.

11. Liability

Hello Homeopathy holds professional indemnity insurance. While we take all reasonable care in providing our services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
